The close that eats the first week of every month.

The same exports, the same spreadsheets, the same reports rebuilt client by client. The work is not difficult and that is exactly the problem: it is skilled people spending the first week of the month on assembly rather than on the advice clients are paying for.

What we connect to

Nothing gets replaced.

  • QuickBooks — Desktop, Enterprise or Online
  • Practice management, time and billing systems
  • Client documents arriving by email
  • The spreadsheets the close currently depends on

What stops being manual

The work you get back.

  • Recurring client reporting assembled and sent on a schedule
  • Data pulled once and used everywhere it is needed
  • Documents read and their figures extracted for review
  • A close that starts from current numbers

QuickBooks integration is the most common thread through our work — Desktop, Enterprise and Online. Most builds of this kind finish in two to four weeks, at a fixed price agreed before work starts.

Common questions

What people ask first.

Do you work with QuickBooks Desktop, or only Online?

Both, and Enterprise as well. Desktop is often the harder one to connect to and it is the one small firms are most often stuck on, so it is work we do regularly.

Is client data safe?

Integrations run with the narrowest permission the job needs and read-only wherever reading is enough. Everything moves over encrypted connections, data is encrypted at rest on anything we host, and credentials are stored as secrets rather than written into the code.

Can this run on our own server?

Yes. Where a firm would rather nothing left the building, the build runs on a machine in your office, behind your own network.

Where would AI actually be used here?

Reading documents and pulling the figures out, and drafting the routine parts of recurring correspondence. Every number it produces is checked against the source before anyone sees it.
