Either, and around here it is usually in person. The audit is better on site because half of what matters never gets described on a call — the second screen somebody keeps a spreadsheet on, the printed sheet taped to a machine, the person who quietly fixes everything.
Harford and Baltimore County are straightforward. We also work in Carroll County, Cecil County and down through Anne Arundel. Further out we usually start on video and visit once the work is real.
