An hour up I-95, and the same problem waiting at the other end.

New Castle County is about an hour from us. It is a logistics and distribution corridor with a long industrial history and a great many small firms serving both — wholesalers, contractors, professional practices. The work looks the same as it does in Maryland: orders arriving as PDFs and being typed in again, a report that takes a morning to assemble, a spreadsheet that one person understands.

Where we go

Straight up I-95, about an hour.

  • Wilmington and the Riverfront
  • Newark, Bear and Glasgow
  • New Castle and the Route 13 corridor
  • Middletown and the southern end of the county

What tends to be needed here

A distribution corridor, and the paperwork that comes with it.

  • Order intake and fulfilment for wholesalers and distributors
  • Connectors between warehouse systems, carriers and QuickBooks
  • Job and scheduling tools for contractors working across state lines
  • Recurring client reporting for professional firms

Every build is a fixed price agreed before work starts, most finished in two to four weeks, hosted and supported by us afterward. The audit costs nothing. See what we build, by industry

How it works

The same five steps, wherever you are.

A thirty-minute call or a visit. Within five business days, a ranked written list of the repetitive work with hours per week, dollars per year and a fixed price against each item. You pick one, several or none — the list is yours either way.

Common questions

What people here ask first.

Do you work across state lines?

Regularly. Businesses in this corridor rarely stop at a state boundary and neither does the software. Crews working in two or three states, customers in a fourth, and one system that has to hold all of it.

Is an hour too far for you to support us afterward?

No. Support is not a van dispatch. Everything we build we host and monitor, so most problems are found and fixed before anyone calls, and the rest are handled remotely. The drive matters for the audit and the handover, not for the running.

We are a small firm. Are we too small for this?

Probably not. Most of our clients are between ten and twenty-five people. If one person is spending a few hours a week on something repetitive, the arithmetic usually works, and if it does not we will say so in writing.

Other areas we cover: Harford & Baltimore County · York & Lancaster, PA. We also work remotely across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Tell us what you’re still doing by hand.

Write to us. Two or three sentences is plenty: what the task is, who does it, and how often.

We read and answer every message ourselves.
