Every build includes hosting, monitoring, backups, and support for a fixed monthly fee, quoted with the build. Most land between $150 and $450 a month depending on how much the application does. That is not an add-on. Software nobody maintains stops being useful in about a year, so we do not hand over a URL and walk away. When something breaks you call us, not a queue.

We work with businesses across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. We are based in the Baltimore, Maryland area, so an on-site visit is straightforward across much of that area, and remote work is straightforward everywhere else.
Then the list says so. Some tasks are marked leave it alone. That is a real answer and you get it in writing.
Everything moves over encrypted connections, and on builds we host your data is encrypted at rest as well. Credentials and keys are stored as secrets rather than written into the code. Integrations run with the narrowest permission the job needs, read-only wherever reading is enough. If a build runs on a server in your building it stays behind your own network, with private access only and nothing exposed to the public internet that does not have to be.
Yes, and the search work is inside the price rather than sold back to you later. A straightforward site starts at $997 and takes about a week; more complicated builds cost more and are quoted individually. Websites start at $997 for a straightforward site of a few pages, finished in about a week, including the design, the writing, the build, the technical search work and your Google Business Profile set up properly. More complicated sites — a page for each area you work in, online ordering and payment, or the site wired into the systems your office runs — cost more, and we will tell you which side of that line you are on first. The price is agreed in writing before anything starts and we do not bill by the hour.
As part of building your site, yes: the technical search work, your Google Business Profile filled in properly, pages written to answer what people actually search, and making sure AI assistants describe your business correctly. It is in the build price rather than a separate service — we are not a search agency and there is no monthly package to buy. Yes. We review the existing code first, at no charge, then quote the work at a fixed price.
You have a perpetual license to use it for your business, for as long as you want it. We keep the underlying code so we can reuse the parts that are not specific to you. For agency projects, ownership and licensing are agreed in writing for each project.
