Common questions
Custom applications for small and mid-sized businesses: order intake, quoting tools, inventory and job tracking, scheduling and dispatch, reporting, and connectors between systems that do not talk to each other. If the work is repetitive and someone is doing it by hand, it is worth a look.
Nothing. The audit is free right now. It normally costs $495, credited in full toward any build.
A sixty-minute video call, or a visit to your business. We walk through how work moves from the order coming in to the invoice going out. Within five business days you get a written list, ranked, with hours per week and dollars per year attached to each task and a fixed price to fix it.
Two to four weeks for a completed build, and often faster. Every build is fixed price, quoted before any work starts.
Every build includes hosting, monitoring, backups, and support for a fixed monthly fee, quoted with the build. Most land between $150 and $450 a month depending on how much the application does. That is not an add-on. Software nobody maintains stops being useful in about a year, so we do not hand over a URL and walk away. When something breaks you call us, not a queue.
No. Builds are fixed price. You see the number and the scope before any work starts.
We are based in Fallston, in northern Harford County, Maryland, and work with businesses throughout Maryland, including Baltimore County, Carroll County, and the greater Baltimore area. Remote work is straightforward when a visit is not practical.
Then the list says so. Some tasks are marked leave it alone. That is a real answer and you get it in writing.
You have a perpetual license to use it for your business, for as long as you want it. We keep the underlying code so we can reuse the parts that are not specific to you.
Write to us. Two or three sentences is plenty: what the task is, who does it, and how often. We read and answer every message ourselves.
