Pricing
These are ranges, not quotes. What a new build actually costs depends on how many systems it touches, whether any of them run on a machine in your building, and how much existing data has to come along. You get a fixed number in writing before anything starts.
$2,000+
One system, one job, done in about a week.
Example: orders pulled from email into one existing system.Assumes a handful of regular order formats and a system that accepts new orders.
$4,000+
More than one system involved, or more than one kind of user.
Example: a quoting tool that feeds QuickBooks.Assumes your price rules can be written down, and one accounting system.
$8,000+
Field work, several locations, or several kinds of user.
Example: a job-tracking application used by office staff and field crews across more than one location.Assumes one existing system to read from.
Focused projects can usually be scoped below $10,000. Larger applications are quoted individually. Every price is agreed before work starts, and we do not bill by the hour.
Existing software
New features, fixes, modernization and maintenance for software someone else built. We review the existing code first, at no charge, then quote the work at a fixed price.
We do not bill by the hour, including on someone else’s code.
Ongoing care
Every build includes hosting, monitoring, backups, and support for a fixed monthly fee, quoted with the build before you commit to anything. Most land between $150 and $450 a month depending on the size of the application.
That is not an add-on. Software that nobody maintains stops being useful in about a year, so we do not hand over a URL and walk away. When something breaks you call us. Not a queue, not a ticket number.

The Process Audit is a thirty-minute video call. We walk through how work moves through your business, from the order coming in to the invoice going out. We ask what gets typed twice, what gets checked by hand, and what nobody wants to be stuck with on a Friday afternoon.
Some tasks on that list will be marked leave it alone. That is a real answer and you get it in writing. Builds are fixed price and most take two to four weeks. We do not bill by the hour.

The audit is free right now. It normally costs $495. Builds are quoted separately at a fixed price either way.
