We use AI for the work that is genuinely hard to write rules for, and nothing else. Every figure it produces is checked against your own records before a person sees it.
Orders, invoices and PDFs read and the figures pulled out, matched against the customers and products you already have.
The messages that say much the same thing every time, prepared and waiting for a person to send.
Ask in plain language and get an answer out of your data, with the numbers it came from shown alongside it.

Everything moves over encrypted connections. On builds we host, your data is encrypted at rest as well. Credentials and keys are stored as secrets, never written into the code.
Integrations run with the narrowest permission the job needs, read-only wherever reading is enough. Private access for the people who need it, and nothing exposed to the public internet that does not have to be.
Backups run automatically on everything we host, so a bad afternoon does not turn into a lost month.
Every build is version-controlled with its full history and documented in plain language, so it is never trapped on one person’s laptop.
