Eden Mill Software Book your free audit

What we build

Custom applications & software that do one job properly.

Order intake

Orders move from email into your system without anyone retyping them.

Quoting tools

Quotes built from your own price rules, so two people quote the same job the same way.

Inventory and job tracking

One record of what you have, where it is, and what stage it is at.

Scheduling and dispatch

Who is going where, what changed this morning, and who needs to know.

Reporting

The weekly numbers assembled and sent without a person building the file.

Connectors

Two systems that do not talk to each other, made to talk to each other.

Invoicing and billing

Invoices built from the work that actually happened, not from someone’s memory.

Field and mobile tools

Crews record what happened on a phone, before they get back to the office.

Whatever else you need

Most of what we build does not fit a category. If it is repetitive and done by hand, tell us about it.

What the work looks like

Three shapes this usually takes.

These are patterns, not case studies. Yours will be different in the details, which is what the audit is for.

Orders that get retyped

Orders arrive by email or PDF. Someone opens each one and types it into the system by hand. The build reads the order, matches the customer and the line items, and creates it. The person who used to retype goes back to work that needs a person.

Quotes off a spreadsheet

Every quote starts from a copy of the last one. Prices drift, two people quote the same job differently, and nobody is sure which version is current. The build holds the price rules in one place, so the quote comes out the same no matter who builds it.

The weekly report

Two exports, pasted into a third file, columns fixed by hand, sent as a PDF. The build assembles it and sends it on schedule. Nobody spends Friday morning on it again.

Tell us what you’re still doing by hand.

Write to us. Two or three sentences is plenty: what the task is, who does it, and how often. We read and answer every message ourselves.
